Each adventure can be played to completion in a 4 hour game session. It takes its inspiration from The Hills Have Eyes (1977), Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974), and Cormac McCarthy’s The Road.  The Hills That Hunger is a funnel or level 1 adventure that is less zany, and leans into the horror.
