Having recently saved the day through some other (likely enthralling) adventure, the players find themselves enjoying a complimentary stay at The Striking Opulence Inn Vibrant Crystal, a lavish and fancy hotel crammed inside of a crystal ball. And even worse, with the owner's son ready to point an accusatory finger at the players for his death, the only way they can avoid being arrested is by pinning the murder on someone else in the hotel. The vacation quickly turns sour, however, when the owner of the hotel, Mykil Marasontis, is found dead in his office.
