THE WATCHMEN OF WHEN The Watchmen of When is an adventure where the PCs investigate a mysterious tower that appeared out of nowhere. It's guardians slay any approaching creatures with arrows that sometimes burst with fire.  Strange metal birds have been watching you and they always seem to return to this tower. What treasures does it hide behind its strange threats?
