A young woman has an ominous run in with a black balloon on a stormy night in July of 1995. Startled and concerned, she calls a friend to share the tale her encounter. Frighteningly, that phone call was the last time anyone has heard from her. The Black Balloon is a hunt for the Bump in the Dark RPG by Jex Thomas.
