Somewhat Common Monsters
The Sticky Ogres are an unconventional bestiary for fantasy tabletop role-playing games written by Richard Houghton about them living on thresholds of wildernesses with unique characteristics such as big pots filled to the brim with boiling water or sugarplums flying off their trees. They have different weapons, including swords and axes entangled in fur which make it hard to hit them even when they're unarmed, though a successful blow still results in damage being inflicted by entangling themselves further into an attacker's weapon.
