Bleeding Kansas is the term given to a six-year-long period of violence in the Kansas Territory that took place in the lead-up to the American Civil War. It began with election fraud and deteriorated into, in modern terms, a "bush war" between pro- and anti-slavery militias. This is a first draft of an attempt to gamify it for the Tactics Time and Postcard Wargame jams, focused on simplicity of play.
