The goal of this project is replace all references in T.W.O.-RPG to OGL 1.0a with "lite" versions while still producing a complete RPG product without modification or alteration by the GMs themselves for their own use, including adding new rules/content based on different sources outside that system which are considered fair and legal ways of using another's work in creating an independent game from it (in this case).
