The End Is Near is a 2 to 3 hour horror game with an evolving 3 act structure where your characters continue to grow and change throughout gameplay. The story takes place in 2022, after global collapse from COVID-19 led people back into apocalyptic cities like New York City. A group of survivors must survive for days while attempting the impossible task: find a cure that only exists as myths - an elixir called "The End" or something equally miraculous and valuable to humanity's future survival prospects if given enough time before all life on earth is snuffed out by radiation, global warming (or some other apocalyptic event). The game features multiple endings based upon decisions made at the end of each session.
