The project is a hack-n'-slash roleplaying video game set in an ancient realm called Shadowdark that involves exploring dangerous ruins filled with monsters lurking around every corner waiting their turn, discovering hidden treasures scattered throughout the land and fighting off other adventurers who may be seeking to steal your hard earned loot. There are six classes for players: Ranger (skilled hunter), Bard (magician) and Blackguaerd (mercenary). Shadowdark RPG uses a familiar-yet-reimagined 5E system, where characters will gain experience points by leveling up their skills in various areas such as combat or magic spells. The game features an extensive library of hack tools created with support from the community to enhance and extend gameplay while providing players access through our Patreon program (Patreon). Shadowdark is a unique gaming world filled with mysterious elements that will keep you hooked until your next playthrough, making it one-of-a- kind.
