In this story, humanity had once inhabited land under water but as they discovered new lands on top of them causing some serpentine creatures to rest, modern civilization took over and used magic which became obsolete until the ocean depths came back into play with sea serpents awakened by humans. The game is played using 22 special grimoire cards that provide customization options while sacrifice powers for reality-warping abilities within a simple framework of gameplay similar like horror RPG where players are monsters trying to take over world through different modes such as GM or single player mode, depending on the preference and storyline generated by designer.
