In 1913, the world is transformed by new technology such as punch cards and Hollerith machines in Omnimega Chicago society with advancements like the digital age. The game Black Ice White Dragon focuses on a historical occult cyberpunk adventure where duelists summon phantasm from early computing punchcards using any compatible card backside having both fronted and back sides, requiring only dice or player-created cards (with custom backsides). It is also designed as either competitive card games with unique rules set by the designer Yeay Pérez Vallejo for a more immersive experience.
