Optional house rules for more hardscrabble play in the Infinite City

Some house rules to make Troika! feel a little more grounded and gritty. I used a version of these in a recent campaign inspired by Diaries of a Spaceport Janitor which went well and felt right. Healing borrows from Brian's Troika! house rules, and Gaining Luck is adapted from Liquid Science Doom, though I made it a bit less punishing, so you could still play LSD and feel the effect of the curse.
