A bunch of thieves is planning to infiltrate a secluded village in the mountains in order to reach to the underground deposit abandoned decades ago by the Church. The underground complex may be filled with ancient treasures, but before the group must face a terrible cosmic danger that has been sucking the energy from the whole village, which can cause the whole group to perish before they can even reach their underground gold pot. With deep roots in esoteric tradition, psychedelic and oniric inspiration, The Cosmic Gate is an adventure for OSR games directly compatible with the Old-school Essentials rules. It can be played as a one shot or added to long term campaigns.
