City Center is the tenth of 12 High Magic Lowlives and other ttrpg-compatible city neighborhood guides we're releasing in 2023. These neighborhood guides are designed for use with our own High Magic Lowlives, but may also be used as settings and story hooks for any game with a grounded urban fantasy city setting (like Lighthearted, Blades in the Dark, any number of Forged in the Dark games including Slugblaster,  and many post-dungeon fantasy games). 

City Center is located on the east side of the shining city of Hycadia, where the Mesmer River cleaves unity in two!

This neighborhood guide provides details on transportation, utilities, landmarks of local culture, and sites of significant interest in City Center - everything you need for whatever heists and hijinks you may get up to.

Highlights include the feuding 7th St. delis (BYO antacids!), City Hall Plaza (BYO bribe!), and the perpetual Rune Carvers Union picket line (BYO inflatable rats!)
