Some random encounters can really help with the atmosphere or story of RPGs, carefully written and matched to location plot and tone. These random encounter tables are not that. These random encounters are meant to be a touch weird and unlikely to fit with most scenarios. What does it even mean when a depressed blanket that hates the party wants to dance? Perfect to drop in at any time in place of wandering monsters, or to add a bit of excitement to an otherwise normal outing.
