Use a building block with one magnet at the start to push the magnets into the game board, then push the remaining magnets into the city pieces from gameboard. Round the corners for easier insertion into the game board.  You also need a 3D print game board (2 parts) and 12 town blocks (three pieces of different shapes, each in four different colours).
