HELLUVA TOWN is intended to be a narrative, rules-light game, designed to be enjoyed by both hardcore Gamers and those who have never played a single RPG in their life. Helluva Town is one of the city’s secret neighborhoods, wedged somewhere between Little Italy and the Bowery – and inhabited by living cartoons. Helluva Town is a homage, full of heart and nostalgia, to the mad geniuses of the medium, from Max Fleischer to Tex Avery, from Walt Disney to Segar, to their wacky kaleidoscope, and the zany characters their minds brought to life.
