Welcome to the second edition of Delve: The Freeform RPG! If you've never heard of Delve before, here's the pitch:  It's a universal table top role playing game with a heavy emphasis on ease of play and unique character customization. To this end, Delve is both pretty compact, (weighing in at 48 pages) and features a custom modifier system, allowing characters to have unique bonuses and abilities that are made by the players and GM.  If that sounds like your cup of tea, then grab some d6 and get to it!
