In this story, a group of young women from the fictional Collège Errant come together to fight against injustice and oppression in their village using magic powers within them. However, they lack any self authority over actions that might be taken by those who seek revenge for crimes committed elsewhere on other lands where justice is not as strong due to different factors such as location or availability of resources required. The police are also disliked among the women's community and receive harsher punishments in countries with higher rates compared to their country, having already saved them from further problems caused when they protect people who might be at risk by those committing crimes on other lands where self-interests often override public welfare concerns as a result of being influenced or pressured.
