XII is an urban survival horror fantasy tabletop role-playing game set in a world much like our own but with supernatural predation lurking just out of sight. The players take on roles as either mortals or lesser demons, working together to stop the imminent arrival by defeating six Seals that have anchored themselves onto their target's greatest traumas and fears within twelve days before an Archdemon breaks through reality for one (and any others caught up in its wake).XII uses a straightforward 3d10 system with easy-to use abilities. Players always roll three dice, count the number of successes they get to determine what action or effect is performed by them based on their Competence and Powers purchased during gameplay that can be customized for different situations like direct information from GMs (for humans) or extra dice options added through powers such as shape- shifting abilities.XII's open playtest demo has been made available online, offering a sneak peek into the final version of the game with plans to print it soon after completion and maintain updates in our discord community for easy access by all interested parties!
