The Museum of Loss
The Museum of Loss is a procedurally generated adventure for an RPG system, featuring the creepy Administrator who seeks to maintain order and authenticity in this cosmic museum. It includes randomly-generated rooms with unique mechanics such as time travel devices; weirder items lost throughout history like cursed amulets or ancient Egyptian statues hidden inside jars filled with spiders' legs/hair; bizarre NPCs (including a talking bird) that only want to help the adventurers find what they're looking for, some good and bad. The adventure also includes randomly-generated creepy Rooms: an abandoned laboratory where time is reversed causing objects appearing in reverse order from when it was created. The Museum of Loss PDF contains random generated text describing various sections such as rooms with unique mechanics (e.g., a room containing ancient Egyptian statues hidden inside jars filled with spiders' legs/hair), randomly-generated creepy Rooms, weird Encounter's and interesting Findings along the way to reach an experiment or artifact that has been lost for centuries in this museum...The adventure will include tables of random rooms descriptions using unique mechanics.
