A setting designed for D&D 5e about a dark, magical, rainy city.

A one-page (front and back) setting designed for D&D 5e (but compatible with most ttrpgs), the City of Xi is a dark, magical, rainy city full of devils, witches, warlocks, and vampires. It includes tables for weather, random encounters, warlock boons and banes, aesthetic setting descriptions, and everything you need to run multiple sessions in this ever-dark magical somewhat-victorian noir city! Inspired by the art of Tom Bagshaw, this city was designed to be on a different plane of existence from the material plane, but it's up to each DM how to use it.
