The Thousand Moons are an astral archipelago in outer space that is difficult to enter due the gravity storms raging around them constantly making it even more challenging for humans and aliens alike who live here. There may be hundreds or millions of moons, each unique with a few inhabitants living on transit as many times they visit their moon but staying only two weeks at any given time before moving onto another one in its piece flung from different galaxies to learn the vastness that is space exploration through learning history and future problems by encountering new issues. All Senechaal keep journals, leaving them behind for next generations of Senecas when they arrive on a Moon so rare it's almost impossible not knowing anyone but their own network linked across time in various spaces via each other
