"BUTTERFLY" is a tabletop roleplaying game, designed for 1-5 players and non-locking blocks (jenga pieces). The story revolves around the experiences of an artist who has lost their inspiration but finds new meaning in life through memories made with friends. Inspired by artworks that depict time spent together between loved ones while grappling within oneself over personal choices like substance abuse or mental health issues, players will interact and bond to create a collaborative work about creating connections during difficult times. The game focuses on emotions such as emotional and interpersonal conflict, player bleed, mental well-being in addition to avenues for using substances/abuse that are prevalent throughout history's art forms with the goal of exploring them all together while playing this tabletop roleplaying adventure.
