The rules within Shadows of a Tesseract provide backgrounds, occupations, equipment, and rituals to create adventurers in the bleak wastelands of the Abandoned World. Included with the rules to create adventurers of the Abandoned World is a search for treasure within the desert ruins of the Hexahedral City. Such lives spurs adventurers to risk their minds and bodies in the most difficult environs to survive.
