Last Tea Shop Classic
Last Tea Shop Classic is a one-page solo game about tea, conversation with the recently deceased visiting for last hot drink before their journey into Great Beyond in strange time space of Day and Memories blurr. You run your small tea shop on border land between living world and dead ones where visitors come to visit you after passing away from old age or any other reason which is very difficult if not impossible to remember the faces, for days and memories blend together making it a confusing place with foggy misty atmosphere but also bring in some mystical characters like shadow figures. The game requires an hour of playing time without more than 10 sentences on gameplay instructions before play starts where tea shop owner controls timing and pace by staying one step ahead while not to get into the dangerous areas or confrontations, otherwise it could result in bad outcomes such as death for both players if they are unaware of their surroundings. The game requires a few safety tools like X-cards and Veil lines which can be easily acquired throughout gameplay before moving on with questions about each visitor's appearance, approach, emotional state to help build an overarching story while the tea shop owner only collects supplies from visitors in addition to being responsible for making sure everything is running smoothly during this time of adventure.
