Sunstained
Sunstained is an engaging map-making adventure where players take on different roles within their community to survive climate change caused by catastrophic events that affect the environment's ability to support life. The game features a progressive storyline tied closely with progress bars, and involves dice rolls influenced by playing cards from the Oracle of Gaia. It was inspired by several games including The Quiet Year, Apocalypse World, Brades in Dark Time (a John Harper creation), and Applied Hope: Solarpunk & Utopia Jam's map-making theme titled Sunsstained created for summer 2021 featuring various characters that are not human but a group called "suns".
