Horse Girl is a solo game in which players must undergo surgical transformations into horses to be with their love of choice; this content includes gross body horror, torture, dehumanization, bestiality, pregnancy, sexual situations (consent), morphine usage, and more. The goal for the player character's transformation from human being to horse will result if they become fully consumed by a desire or an addiction that becomes uncontrollable due to their love of someone else; this can include surgical transformations into horses as well
