There are two types of players (one being exclusive to this game) but both have unique roles as they help holiday shoppers at their malls or work in retail positions such as elf, cashier, security guard etc... This comes with a pretty Gamebook PDF and streaming kits for each setting made specifically for the edition; it also includes playtest tips.
