On some very rare occasions, Keepers and Fighters will work together to defeat especially powerful daemons, but keep such collaborations quiet in order to protect their own autonomy and pride. They are usually self trained, but are more independent than Keepers and often stronger because of it. The People’s Republic (TPR) operates carefully to avoid the reach of the Keeper network and to minimize encounters with the Overseer’s agents.
