Hexception is a framework designed to help you play a mega hexcrawl with your favorite fantasy rpg system. It works thusly: Hexception provides an overworld map and an overworld encounter table. The map has no specific labels, just icons and hexes. The entries on the encounter table have no combat, just vibes. Crossing a hex takes one day. The GM can decide that any hex is a site of interest.
