  This version contains the base rules for creating a generic government, as well as variant rules for confederations, heavily privatized governments, Military branches, and power relations between institutions. Do you wish that the governments of your RPG setting were more interesting? In about 5-10 minutes, this generator produces novel branches of government and delegates power to them.   I plan on making future additions and changes, so I would love any feedback or suggestions.
