  This was developed as a PBTA system for Delta Green,  using the foundation premise that agents are doomed from the start and will need to be replaced quickly during play. A stripped down PBTA game of government agents versus something worse.   You can also use it for Blue Rose Mysteries or Wellington Paranormal if you remove the lethality.
