Neon Shadows is a collaborative TTRPG using the DICE System with 2 to 6 players, requiring standard playing cards and friends for gameplay in The City of Shades seeking influence on its inhabitants' fate. A quick start sheet provides tools like pregenerated characters (4), development & retirement mechanics included, playable journal w/world generation capability, combat roleplaying system that enables diverse character choices within ruleset-bound restrictions; mechs apply to the card's category and can be customized with variable elements from a skill tree as well.
