This is a tool for creating and managing player characters in CY_BORG games, with the goal of building up a community within which to generate quest givers and other NPCs as well as provide opportunities for dangerous tasks that players can undertake together via collaborative storytelling. The system involves rolling on tables during character creation and taking inspiration from answers received through group discussion while also allowing re-rolls or inventing own explanations if necessary, with the goal of ensuring all members find compelling reasons to participate in CY_BORG's world building efforts.
