Friendly Adventures is an imaginative activity where players create their own characters with unique names and traits using a set list provided in the book or online database of toys. They roll dice randomly on obstacles they encounter throughout levels, achieving success by rolling high enough numbers that move them to continue story elements through "Yes And..." prompts if successful; failing rolls result in setbacks leading to more complex stories utilizing different types such as No But... and Yes Maybe..
