They move in different directions depending on their fates that keep branching paths along time until they become uncertain or lost souls try to predict the future path before it happens for them making sure what lies ahead becomes theirs by being bound with fate itself once a certain outcome has been foretold through prophecy/foretelling (inspiration from various cultures and fields such as divination, Tarot cards, casting bones etc.). + Runecasting is also inspired in interpreting the actions of birds or animals to predict future events. It's about storytelling games that are based on real- world forms like random occurrences related with tarot reading/casting runes (inspiration from Yahtzee), divination such as osteomancy and augury, animal prophecy using haruspicy which is a practice dating back more than 2000 years ago in ancient Egypt when animals were believed to have souls or spirits.
