Arcane Underground is a tiny, one-card magic system that allows you to tap into the magic of old underground utility lines in a city.  It was made for the Tiny Library Mosaic Game Jam.  It was made in the MOSAIC Strict design philosophy. Therefore, it is not a standalone game and can be used with texts from other games/modules/etc. Arcane Underground uses texture assets made by Vandel Arden and used with permission.
