The bone saw fairy, also known as the bonesa w' , a frightening member of its kin who collects teeth and bones left behind by children to sleep in their beds/lack time for repeat customers or forming bonds with them. Unlike other fairies that are content leaving something under pillow or thrown into water it has business running but is not fond of making new friends, only those willing to pay a toll - paying tooth fairy would provide the bone sawing service and collect its bounty without fail as long as they do their job well by keeping teeth healthy.
