As the presiding operational officer in command of this exercise, you will be in charge of administering the Centralised Psychic Baseline Evaluation (CPBE) – an extended long-form inquiry used to evaluate the baseline psychic competencies of several select subjects through a series of free-form thought exercises. It is your role as inquisitor to evaluate the nature of the selected subjects’ psychic constitutions, and determine their suitability accordingly in comparison to one another through careful observation of their responses.
