You are a prisoner of the Guild, convicted of a crime and sent to the Pit. To earn your freedom, you travel deep below the surface in search of gold and loot to pay back your debt. You and your party carry with you a LANTERN, a way to light the path. But your lantern takes OIL, and it grows dim the deeper you go… OIL is a game about exploring dungeons using an oil lantern, played between players and a referee. It assumes a familiarity with role-playing games, specifically those engaging with the idea of DUNGEON CRAWLING. Designed and developed by Roxanne B. Released as PWYW. Tips appreciated.
