Murder Ballad is a storytelling-themed roleplaying cardgame where players take turns playing characters who relate to stories of violence and death in different time periods through the evolution of folk songs played on standard cards with index writing notes set into tables or walls, accompanied by handcrafted bluegrass music. Developed using Jessi's graphic design skills for proofreading/brainstorming sessions while collaborating via phone calls throughout summer 2022; playtested multiple times during this process and had additional suggestions from friends as well before a final release in early November 2023 at an entry price of $15 USD, available on the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android) or Amazon's website.
