Kill or Cure is a new scenario for Cyberpunk 2077 where you play as one of five pre-generated characters - an occultist patient, athlete, businessman (with connections), activist, and more. The game takes place in the Perfected Clinic's shadow realm, which feeds on patients' misery to keep its existence hidden from society. You can fight against Gatekeepting itself or channel power through a magical amulet found inside the clinic while also gaining supernatural powers such as invisibility or telepathy within this world-universe called The Voidheart Symphony dynamic rules system for one shot games, where you are given three options to solve dark mysteries in Kill/Cure's heart.
