A roleplaying story game where players guide their own cryptids through dangerous wilderness areas in search of food while hiding from human interference or influenceFearsome Critters is a 3-5 player adventure that takes place within an alternate reality version of modern day America, known as the Outskirts. The setting features mythical creatures like Bigfoot and wolves living on top of mountains near cities such as Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas and New York City. Players create their own cryptids using Ave's Belonging Outside Belief system to navigate this world without human interference or influence while hunting for food in these challenging areas with limited resources available at each location. The game is designed by a talented artist named Zephyr who has developed the art assets used throughout it and provides an example of what can be accomplished through indie development using tools like Unity, Unreal Engine 4, Godot
