A city-making adventure that allows players to create a magical mystery in which they work with friends on creating their own version of Paveld's City. The setting is full of hidden supernatural organizations following dubious goals outside the realm of ordinary society. You start by creating characters tied to specific locations, and then weave them together into factions within neighborhoods before eventually constructing districts as you go along through this city-making game that takes a unique approach from its bottom up perspective rather than using an established top down structure.
