Autophagia is a one-night scenario for the Call of Cthulhu roleplaying game. As so often is the case, there are no winners when fate has trapped you in a dice game for doom or destiny. Taking its inspirational cues from The Poseidon Adventure, Contagion, Who Goes There?/The Thing, and Sandy Petersen's The Derelict, the book takes a mature look at the horror of human nature and its ability to shirk from disease, the afflicted, and the causes thereof.
