This first pdf is the rules by themselves with a taste of the setting included. The next addition will be the living primer which will include details of the peoples, factions, and the setting in general and be updated. It will include in depth descriptions of the cities, towns, train stations, train engines, creatures, peoples, and factions found within the forest along with various random generators.
