"Verse" is a science fantasy RPG set in the universe spanning galaxy. The game features cosmic powers like Proxies that are active or forgotten from previous wars but can be unlocked within relics to gain supernatural abilities beyond galactic standards, such as super-soldier proxies who wield weapons of mass destruction and have augmented physicality with mechanical parts called "gears". Players take on the role of Wanderers exploring a post-war world while battling factions that seek control over systems or worlds. The game incorporates elements from indie games like Into the Odd by Chris McDowell, Dash RPG system for abilities as dice pools/momentum and stress mechanics in combat, FIST RPG with SRD content for principles to gain superpowers such as shields of energy around them (FISTS) that can be activated or lost at any moment. The game also has heavy influence from indie games like Into the Odd by Chris McDowell which features HPs/combat gear and abilities similar in nature to those found within FIST RPG, Cover is influenced heavily from Sean Goomes' work where all tags are present including background origins as well as his other works titled "Uncharted Worlds" and Far Beyond Humanity that describe various types of creatures such humans can possess.
