The article is about a series of images designed for the Tiny Library Mosaic Jam that allow participants to create tabletop game fragments on playing cards with two image formats - front/back compatible PNG and Tiff files, along with TXT file containing just text formatting information in Bridge Size card format. These settings are also available as "Places" system-agnostic areas designed for the Modern Fantasy genre according to author's description of these places being compatibile across all tabletop games.
