UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Valiance as first uploaded is a shameless Minimum Viable Product pushed out to meet the jam's deadline. A simple little micro-setting created for Fill the Hex Jam. I intended it for OSR systems, but I can't stop you from using it for a different one.
